The location was amazing in the safe area. There was a valley and a lake near the place.

The stay was restful and I would stay here again. Everything was great, motivated staff, decent views of the lake. Luxurious and amazingly spacious room was enjoyable. Luxury hotel for sure. Everything is comfortable. One thing I love the most is the restroom. It's huge and clean. Really the best worth hotel in Hangzhou. P.S. the parking fee is freeeeeeee!!! The wifi is freeeeeeee!!! And Fasttttttttttttt!!!!

We had a really lovely stay at the hotel, largely due to the excellent service and general friendly and hospitable nature of all the (multilingual) staff we came into contact with. Our two girls, 1 and 3 years old, were always greeted with a smile and were delighted to find a stocking with Christmas cookies in upon returning to the room after a day out. Excellent facilities too (including the best most extensive breakfast buffet), spacious, clean and comfortable room and huge bathroom. We didn't experience the swimming pool as it was closed for maintenance but the staff arranged a driver to take us to the nearby Hyatt to use theirs. Above and beyond

It was my first time to Hangzhou and I paid for a lake view room but instead I faced other rooms and balconies and a side view of the lake plus busy surrounding environment, very disappointed to my choice of hotel location.

AC was very loud. staff was harassing us to book taxi or make restaurant reservation. a very touristic hotel made to sell and show off. Big disappointment for the price we paid.
